Din primære arbejdsopgave består i at hjælpe med administrationen af forskningsprojekter og forskningsprogrammer, som ICROFS er ansvarlig koordinator for eller på anden måde er involveret i. Desuden skal du assistere med vedligeholdelse og opdatering af det åbne online-arkiv Organic Eprints.
Job description
This 6 month position will include assistance to the administration of the projects and programmes that ICROFS is responsible for as coordinator or is otherwise engaged in, as well as the maintenance and development of the international archive on publication on research in organic agriculture and food systems, Organic Eprints.
The tasks include
• Assisting in processing applications
• Assisting in writing and administering future programmes/calls
• Assisting in development of expert database to be used for future programmes
• Assisting with fund management of CORE Organic Plus
• Assisting in writing EU proposals and reporting from projects
• Assisting in maintaining and developing Organic Eprints, including "tidy up" and promotion of Organic Eprints
• Extrapolating new knowledge in Organic Eprints and help communicating it
• Being responsible for keeping deadlines and timetables
Qualifications
Short listed candidates are expected to fulfill the following requirements:
• Relevant academic master or bachelor degree
• Good analytical skills and attention to details
• High level of initiative and self-guidance and ability to work result-oriented towards agreed goals and objectives
• Service minded, able to accommodate multiple stakeholders
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks daily
• Interested, with a positive attitude, and able to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English orally and written and good writing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Danish
Preferable qualifications
• Knowledge or interest in organic agriculture
• Knowledge of research and experience with preparation of research proposals
